CANCELLATION POLICY
By sending ticket down payment you have and agreed with these terms regarding cancellations
ALL DOWN PAYMENT AREN NON-REFUNDABLE
Ticket for the National Park are limited per day and non-refundable, we have to buy tickets far in advance to ensure your entrance to the National Park. If you cancel we lose money of the tickets already purchased and they cannot be transferred to another individual.
Your meals provided on the trek use fresh local ingredients bought in advance, if you cancel, the food and fruit cannot be returned and will spoil.
We are a small local business and want to provide the best mountain experience for you, things like the Rinjani National Park ticket system are out of our control and when guests cancel after pay out of our own pocket. We hope you understand and we appreciate your business. Happy Trekking!
