A heartfelt welcome from Rinjani Odyssey, thank you for choosing us, our goal is to provide the highest quality mountain experience while ensuring safety.

Related to the increasing number of international hiking enthusiasts that visit our beautiful mountain and the rising amount of hiking accidents, The Rinjani Mountain National Park Authority (TNGR) is now requiring all hikers to provide proof of travel/health insurance which includes helicopter evacuation.
There are multiple options which we will explain below.

WE CAN NOW NO LONGER BUY YOUR NATIONAL PARK PASS WITHOUT PROOF OF INSURANCE.

OPTIONS : 1

Pay for the premium insurance provided through The Rinjani Mountain National Park.
Costs : 290,000 IDR PER PERSON.

This cost is not included in the trekking package. We are choosing to give options to our customers because some travelers already have insurance and by providing options we do not wish to overcharge for something that is not needed.

Provide proof of active travel insurance with proper coverage

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this causes, The Rinjani Mountain Authority (TNGR) sets the regulations for hiking and as a licensed trek organizer we must follow the legal regulations.

We can no longer purchase your National Park pass without proof of insurance.

Available Options:

Option 1:
Purchase insurance through TNGR
Cost: 290,000 IDR per person
Not included in the trekking package

Option 2:
Provide your own travel insurance with valid coverage

Required Information:

  • Name of insurance
  • Policy number
  • Proof of helicopter evacuation coverage

By making a down payment, you agree to the following terms:

All down payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

National Park tickets are limited and must be secured in advance. These tickets:

  • Cannot be refunded
  • Cannot be transferred to another person

Meals for your trek are prepared in advance using fresh local ingredients. In case of cancellation:

  • Food cannot be returned
  • Costs cannot be recovered

We are a small local business committed to providing the best experience. Some costs are beyond our control, and cancellations may result in financial losses on our side.
