Due to the increasing number of international hikers and rising accidents, The Rinjani Mountain National Park Authority (TNGR) now requires all hikers to have travel/health insurance that includes helicopter evacuation.

Important:
We can no longer purchase your National Park pass without proof of insurance.

Available Options:

Option 1:
Purchase insurance through TNGR
Cost: 290,000 IDR per person
Not included in the trekking package

Option 2:
Provide your own travel insurance with valid coverage

Required Information:

• Name of insurance
• Policy number
• Proof of helicopter evacuation coverage

By making a down payment, you agree to the following terms:

All down payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

National Park tickets are limited and must be secured in advance. These tickets:

• Cannot be refunded
• Cannot be transferred to another person

Meals for your trek are prepared in advance using fresh local ingredients. In case of cancellation:

• Food cannot be returned
• Costs cannot be recovered

We are a small local business committed to providing the best experience. Some costs are beyond our control, and cancellations may result in financial losses on our side.
