Related to the increasing number of international hiking enthusiasts that visit our beautiful mountain and the rising amount of hiking accidents, The Rinjani Mountain National Park Authority (TNGR) is now requiring all hikers to provide proof of travel/health insurance which includes helicopter evacuation.
There are multiple options which we will explain below.

WE CAN NOW NO LONGER BUY YOUR NATIONAL PARK PASS WITHOUT PROOF OF INSURANCE.

OPTIONS : 1

Pay for the premium insurance provided through The Rinjani Mountain National Park.
Costs : 290,000 IDR PER PERSON.

This cost is not included in the trekking package. We are choosing to give options to our customers because some travelers already have insurance and by providing options we do not wish to overcharge for something that is not needed.
